All rights to the website (https//www.ubfsoft.com) and its subcomponents (hereinafter referred to as UBF Soft Portal) belong to UBF Soft Yazılım Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as UBF Soft). This UBF SoftUBF Soft Portal includes the system owned by UBF Soft, which currently includes UBF Soft web pages/sites, UBF Soft Portal applications and services accessible from these pages, and other web pages/sites to be added in the future, and UBF Soft Portal applications and services accessible from these pages. With this UBF Soft Portal Privacy Policy, UBF Soft informs all UBF Soft Portal Users or Members about the processing of personal information (data) and special personal information (data) collected through all web pages/sites within the UBF Soft Portal and UBF Soft Portal applications and services accessible from these pages, and the transfer and disclosure to third parties.

It also unconditionally fulfills the requirements of the aforementioned legislation regarding the storage, protection, processing, or transfer of such information to third parties. In accordance with UBF Soft Policies and applicable legislation, UBF Soft may share this information with authorized authorities, based on legal justifications, and in accordance with legal procedures, upon a proper request from the authorized administrative and official authorities.
